The objective of our after-sales department at Compañía Maquinaria 93 is to offer the best possible service to our customers, guaranteeing optimal performance from your machine and quality assistance whenever you need it..

Our team is made up of 54 members of staff across our 11 delegations, located throughout the regions where we operate, specifically in the provinces of: Jaén, Granada, Seville, Huelva, Córdoba, Málaga, Navarra, Barcelona and Mallorca.

CM93 has extensive facilities at these centres with specific rooms for client and staff training, and the most advanced technology the sector has to offer.

Our technical staff are a qualified and professional team who undergo continuous training directly from our brands, gaining product-specific knowledge and specialized training in the latest tools available to improve the experience of our customers.

Maintenance contract

Service Plus

Designed to give you long-term peace of mind, Service Plus offers New Holland agriculture equipment customers the possibility of extending their warantee up to seven years. You can sign a Service Plus contract when you buy the equipment, or up to one month before the standard manufacturer’s warranty expires.

You can choose between three levels of coverage:

Silver – Motor, shift and transmission

Gold – Silver + hydraulic and electric systems

Platinum – Total coverage

• Years of coverage: two, three, four, five, six and seven years
• Hours of use (or number of bales for the bigbalers)
• More options for a more personalised program
• Efficient protection of your investment

Since we were founded, one of the key aspects of Compañía Maquinaria 93, S.A.’s business has been the supply of original spare parts from the brands it represents, including: CNH industrial (New Holland y Case CE), Manitou, Bobcat, ZF, Allison, and more.

To ensure our customers’ needs are met, at  CM93 we offer a wide range of original spare parts, tools and accessories, with a full manufacturer's warranty, and a catalog of more than 100,000 items for agricultural vehicles (tractors, harvesters, harvesters and packing machines), as well as for construction, civil engineering and industrial machinery (mini loaders, excavators, loaders, telescopic, forklift trucks, etc).

PLM® GUIDE SYSTEM

New Holland offers a wide range of guidance solutions which are both intuitive and adaptable to your needs, from the simplest manual guidance system to the most complex automated systems. These solutions can be combined with a variety of correction signals offering different levels of accuracy according to your needs: from a maximum error of 20 cm to a minimum of 2.5 cm. Moreover, don’t forget that New Holland offers tool solutions for a full range of tractors and harvesting and crop management equipment, so you can choose the right tool for the task at hand.

NEW HOLLAND'S FULLY INTEGRATED AUTOGUIDE INTELLISTEER® SYSTEM

IntelliSteer is a fully integrated New Holland designed and developed Automatic Steering System. Available from the factory or as a retrofit package, the IntelliSteer® system maximises productivity and efficiency to optimise your yields and to increase your profits. Combining DGPS or RTK Technology with fully integrated control, IntelliSteer helps ensure parallel pass-to-pass accuracy of up to 2.5cm. IntelliSteer is the natural choice for precision work in even the most demanding conditions and it has been designed to dramatically enhance operator performance and comfort. Furthermore, it can be linked to Controlled Traffic Farming (CTF) applications.

 

A COMPLETE GUIDANCE PACK

You can order your machine with either a factory-installed IntelliSteer option, or simply with an IntelliSteer® ready package. This top of the range option is available on the T6 Auto Command, T7, T8 and T9 tractor ranges, as well as on the CX Elevation and CR combine series. You can also specify IntelliSteer on Speedrower® Selfpropelled Windrowers, to ensure the straightest crop lines to enhance the productivity of your combines, forage harvesters and balers. The system includes an NH 372 receiver, steering angle sensor or solid state gyro, the Navigation Controller II, and a hydraulic control valve which converts the signals from the Navigation Controller II into hydraulic movements of the steering system.  More information

New Holland offers a wide range of displays which provide you with 360° PLM information and management. All parameters can be monitored at a glance, including guidance and the most advanced yield and moisture mapping functions. Choose between the FM-750 and the wide screen FM-1000 monitor and XCN-2050 monitors. The fully integrated IntelliView™ displays are colour touchscreen monitors that offer fingertip control of all machine functions, opt for 17.8cm IntelliView™ III, or upgrade to the super-wide screen 26.4cm inch IntelliView™ IV monitor. More information

INTELLIGENT OPERATION FOR INTELLIGENT MACHINES

The IntelliView™ III colour touchscreen monitor is your partner in all farming operations and is available on the T6 Auto Command, T7, T8 and T9 tractor ranges, on the CX5000, CX6000 and CX Elevation combine series and on the BigBaler range. The CX Elevation and CR combines and FR forage harvester ranges are fitted with the new widescreen IntellIView™ IV colour touchscreen monitor as standard, it is an upgrade option on the BigBaler range, and can be used as a second screen for precision farming applications on T7, T8 and T9 tractor ranges.
